Delete your FastSnap account

You can permanently delete your FastSnap account and the data associated with it.

If you have access to the app

Open your profile (the ⚙ / avatar in the top corner, then Personalize on mobile) and tap Delete account — or Delete my data if you are using a guest session without an email. Deletion takes effect immediately; no email request is needed.

If you can’t access the app

Email support@fastsnap.ai from, or including, the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may need to verify your identity before we process the request, and we aim to complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently erase the personal data we hold for you, including:

  • Your account and sign-in identifier.
  • Your meal scan history and analysis results.
  • Your coaching history and behaviour signals.
  • Your stored meal photos (best-effort purge of your private storage folder).
  • Your profile, preferences, and consent records.
  • Your usage / quota records.

Any active web subscription is cancelled where applicable. This action cannot be undone.

What we may retain

We may keep limited information where we are required to by law — for example billing, tax, or fraud-prevention records held by our payment providers. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those platforms and are managed in your store account.
