Next Move Isn’t a Free Pass
Training and sleep can change the useful next move — they don’t erase the plate or invent a free pass.
· updated
You trained hard.
The plate still has fries.
The coach does not say the fries vanished.
It may change the next move — fuel, protein emphasis, timing — while the plate stays true.
FastSnap’s position
Training and sleep are evidence for the same coaching decision.
They modulate advice. They do not:
- erase the tip
- invent a free pass
- “cancel” the meal
Same doctrine as Why training changes the meal call and Why sleep changes the meal call — said as one hard line.
Verdict vs next move
- Plate truth — what’s helping, what tips.
- Next move — what to do from here, given today’s evidence.
Missing a session doesn’t earn shame. It just means less evidence for that day — not a moral score.
Try it yourself
Hard training day. Burger + large fries. What’s the useful read?
What FastSnap does
When training or sleep is in the picture, FastSnap can change What’s next — without pretending the tip disappeared or that you “earned” the fries.
Log the work. Snap the meal. Hear one Call that respects both.
Try it next
On a training day, notice whether the Call shifts the move — without rewriting the plate.
