Helping

Tips

  • Fries

One move

Keep the burger; skip or share the fries.

FastSnap’s position

Every plate has dozens of possible improvements. Good coaching chooses one.

A One Move is the single useful action available from here — the change that shifts direction most without rewriting the meal:

Keep · skip · share · swap · add

It is not a nutrition lecture, a perfect-plate rebuild, a calorie total, or three “also consider” tips.

Behaviour OS assumes overloaded people. One doable action beats a checklist you abandon.

Why one beats many

Move

One Move — see the tip, take the action, leave clearer.

One Move is a perception skill, not a tip stack.

How FastSnap picks it

FastSnap protects what’s helping. Then it asks: What’s the smallest change with the biggest payoff?

That’s why the burger can stay and the fries get named — the tip is where the direction changes most.

Same plate, different move shape

Already deciding (menu / table): skip the fries, sauce on the side, keep the protein.

Already eaten: the move shifts forward — next meal, water, or the next sitting — still one action, not guilt homework. (Train and sleep can change which move is useful; they never erase what the plate was. That story is a later lesson.)

What FastSnap does

In the app, that action rides with the Coach’s Call. When the plate isn’t quietly Aligned, the forward beat is labeled What’s next — Learn’s name for the same idea is One Move.

Sources and limitations

One Move is a product / Behaviour OS concept, not a medical prescription. It describes a decision on the food and the choice. Patterns over weeks still matter — One Move is how each sitting stays workable.

What FastSnap does

On the result screen, the Coach’s Call leads with one action. When the plate isn’t quietly Aligned, you’ll see What’s next — that’s One Move in the product.
